Organizational Structure

TREND FACTORING organizational structure is formed from three main units. These are;
Marketing
Main duties are; presenting factoring services, doing market researches, establishing and maintaining customer relations, growing customer accounts, determining customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions, responding to customer requests swiftly and correctly.
Credits and Intelligence
Main duties are; establishing the company's credit policies, establishing and maintaining relations with banks, factoring firms, leasing companies and the overall financial market, preparing financial reports about potential customers, and doing industry based financial analysis for those, filing reports on all customers alternate activities and their personnel, presenting those reports to the board during general management meetings, executing the duty of secretary for the credit committees, doing necessary market investigations on the credibility of buyers and on clients who need financing.
Finance and Operations
Executing operational transactions and keeping accounting records on credits granted to customers by the general management credit committee, doing follow-ups on credit returns, determining ideal alternatives within the fund management boundaries.
